We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please use the online direct payment option on the Homepage of this website to pay fees.

    Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. We reserve this time to meet with you, so less than 24 hours notice leaves us little ability to book the session with another client.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it may be possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
    • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
    • What is the maximum allowable rate my insurance will pay for an out-of-network provider for this code? If you’re doing individual therapy, ask about reimbursement for procedural code 90837 with the modifier 95 for telehealth. For couples therapy, ask about code 90847 with the modifier 95 for telehealth.
    • Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) can be used to save money by paying for therapy with pre-tax dollars.
